Daily Trip Times:
Must arrive and check in by
7:30am, 8:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am
Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Sales tax will be added to prices below.

Please show up at least a half hour before your trip time to fill out liability forms and check in. All trips leave promptly and on time. If you are late you may not be able to do the trip time you wanted to do.

Weekend Prices apply to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.)

WALK-IN POLICY
There will be $5 service charge for non-reservation walk-ins per person.

Later trips during the day can be accommodated for larger groups, but must be arranged over the phone or email.

Our Youghiogheny River Trip is on the most beautiful and scenic section of the River. We drive you up-stream to the historic town of Dawson, PA where the put in is. From there you paddle and float through the spectacular semi-gorge, a road-free section of the river before it flows down stream to Pittsburgh.

You will float approximately 4 hours and 8 miles past wildlife filled islands, mountain ridges fluttering with birds of all sorts, including the American Bald Eagle. Floating over top schools of small mouth bass, Crappie, Walleye, Perch, Bluegill, the occasional fresh water Drum Fish and the elusive Tiger Muskie.

You will encounter a few small ripples and the occasional wave that my splash you just enough to keep you on your toes. The class 1 moving flat water is perfect for beginners.

Your trip will end at our famous river landing on the river just before the legendary Layton Bridge. Here, when you pull your boat up on shore you will be filled with wonderful memories of a day well spent.
